Good questions.
Good answers.
Before you open another tab to Google “how much does branding cost”… here's what you probably want to know.
Can’t I just use AI or Canva to do this myself?
Absolutely. But there's a reason so many AI-generated brands end up looking like the same five Canva templates wearing different outfits. I can help you create something that's uniquely yours.
Maybe you've generated three designs. You love the typography in one, the colors in another, and the composition in a third. You ask AI to combine them, and somehow it changes everything you liked. That's where I come in. With 20+ years of design experience and deep AI-prompting expertise, I can turn your mediocre-or-pretty-good starting point into something exceptional.
And I can take it further: production-ready graphics, reusable web components, and a functional website that looks like the gorgeous mockup you approved. AI tools often struggle with that last mile. I've refined my own process to get the implementation pixel-perfect, or very close.
How much does brand design cost?
Projects range from around $300 for a simple, one-shot graphic to $10,000 for a complex design and implementation project.
Most branding projects land around $1,000–$3,000. At the higher end of that range, the scope can include a complete brand identity and launch-ready assets, so you can walk away ready to go live. We'll agree on deliverables and a clear quote before starting.
Want the details? An à la carte pricing breakdown is coming to the Services page. I'll add that link when it's live.
How long does a project take? What if I need it ASAP?
A mid-sized branding project typically takes 2–4 weeks, including exploration, feedback, revisions, and deliverables.
Have a deadline breathing down your neck? I offer a rush option for an additional fee. If the scope and my availability allow it, I can clear my schedule, start immediately, and complete your project in one week or less.
I have an idea, but no clue what my brand should look like. Can you help?
Absolutely. Figuring that out is part of the job. We'll talk about your business, your audience, what you love, what you can't stand, and how you want people to feel when they discover your brand. You can arrive with a detailed moodboard or a half-formed idea scribbled in your Notes app.
I already have a logo or some AI designs. Do I need to start over?
Probably not! Creative Rescue is exactly for this situation. I'll look at what's working, keep the good parts, and improve what feels off. Sometimes a better type pairing, tighter composition, or cohesive asset set makes all the difference.
Will I be able to edit everything myself afterward?
Yes, when editable assets are part of your project. I can provide organized graphics, reusable components, editable Canva templates, and simple instructions, so your next post doesn't require another designer. Higher-tier projects can also include design.md files to guide implementation in your AI coding tool of choice, Shopify-ready templates, and other platform-specific assets.
What if I don’t like the first designs?
That's why I show directions early and build in room for feedback. You'll see the thinking, explain what resonates, and help steer the refinements. We use your reactions to make better decisions instead of guessing.
Do I have to hire you for the entire process?
Nope. You can hire me for one graphic, a brand refresh, a visual identity, a set of social templates, or a larger design-and-launch engagement. We can scope the work around what will actually move your business forward.
Will we have to sit through a bunch of meetings?
Trust me, I hate pointless meetings as much as you do. As a card-carrying Hermit (Human Design), I fiercely protect my creative time and calendar. We'll meet for important checkpoints, like brand discovery and reviewing initial concepts. Most everything else works beautifully async.
I’m interested. What happens next?
Know exactly what you want? Choose a package, upload your materials, complete a quick intake, and the pixies can get busy. Still exploring? Fill out my Client Discovery form with your goals, roadblocks, timeline, and budget. I'll come back with a few ways we could work together, and we'll see what fits.
Already made something with AI?
Let me make it better.
Bring the rough draft, the almost-right mockup, or the three versions you wish AI could combine.
